Our graphics are intended for the small home business and home based crafter. Under no circumstances may our graphics be used in any type of mass production. Yes you may create and sell your crafts, stationery, cards, printables, website templates, embroidery designs, auction templates, teaching printables, from your website, ebay, cafe press or zazzle store. (One site per purchase). Clipart is sold as is. No additional services are included in the purchase price. I do offer personalization services as a separate purchase option. Digital Scrapbooking
Clipart sets may be used to create scrapbook kits for personal and commercial use; however, you may not use anything from my digital scrapbooking category. (MyBabyGiggles scrapbooking category is under construction as of January 2011). If you are using a clipart graphic in a transparent format then you must add an obvious texture and change to the graphic. You may not use any of our graphics as they are in your kits, there must be changes made. You may not add just a border and make stickers, this is not an acceptable change. You may not use any complete graphics collection in one kit as transparent, 50% must be made into merged frames, tags, etc. Your kits can be sold for personal or commercial use. You may not offer your kits as freebies. You must credit MyBabyGiggles and any other applicable designer wherever you are selling the kits.
Teachers and Educators
You may use our graphics to decorate your own classroom. You may use our graphics on educational items in your own classroom for you students and yourself (with the exclusion of SMART boards). You may not share our graphis with other teachers. You may NOT create SMART Board Lessons. I may in the future allow for SMART Board creations but at this time I do not. It is a copyright violation since the graphics can not be secured. If you are interested in discussing a single classroom license for SMART Boards please contact me but as it stands no one has permission to use our graphics in SMART Boards.
STOP - What you can NOT do
You may not create rubber stamps or digital stamps. You may not create cutting machine files to sell or to give away as cutting machine files. You may make cutting machine files for your own personal use. You may sell or give away your finished tangible item made with your cutting machine files. If you hold Cheryl Seslars Crafts U Print license then you may also use her designs found on our website for creations on the Crafts U Print website. Requirements

TOU for Shop Sets, Websets, Blinkies and Logos
These terms apply only to blinkies, logos, Etsy sets, Ebay templates and Websets. They are items created by MyBabyGiggles using original or licensed artwork as part of the design. The TOU are not the same as clipart terms of use. Please be sure not to confuse the terms. Blinkies, logos, banners, avatars, auction templates, shop sets, websets and the like are not for printing, commercial resale use (no selling the images themselves). Images in this category will be supplied in 72dpi flattened format in either JPEG or PNG. You may not share, resell or transfer those images. They are intended for a single user for a specific purpose which must be stated at the time of purchase. I use licensed clipart with permission and specific terms of use stated by their respective designers. I must comply with their terms and pass a form of their terms on to you. We, Our, Us?
One designer, Tamera Joy. I work alone on all designs and the clipart resale at MyBabyGiggles, however my little girls help mom out when selecting new items to offer and give advice for new layouts. Because that detail "single user" is important to some of the original designers, I want to make it clear that MyBabyGiggles is a single owner, single user shop, not a company. My designs are sold through my website as well as Etsy, eBay, ArtFire, etc. In some of the terms, "our" describes the group of designers represented in the clipart collections for sale on this site.
